Delete your account
You can request deletion of your The DJ App beta account and associated private profile information. Send the request from the email address used for the account so we can verify ownership.
Before deletion: Download or save anything you want to keep. Account deletion is intended to be permanent after identity verification and any required retention period.
Request deletion
- Use the button below from the email connected to your account.
- Keep the prefilled subject line.
- We will verify the request and confirm the deletion status by email.
What is deleted
The deletion process covers your authentication account and private profile. Associated preferences, saved items, and user content will be deleted or de-identified according to the feature's retention and legal requirements.
Beta limitation
The web request is available during private beta. An in-app deletion control must be completed and tested before public App Store release.
